exercise is good
Aaaah... Y'know, (somewhat) regular exercise feels pretty good. Tennis last Thursday after not playing for a few months was great. I got my butt kicked, but it was fun being back on the court. I was a bit sore the next day. Then, yesterday's morning volleyball at Coronado sand courts worked out another set of muscles. If I can get some exercise tomorrow (maybe biking again), then I'll be on a pretty good exercise schedule for 3 days a week. Maybe that'll help in converting my fat into muscle.

You can't get fat. That is one of the few constants I have in this world.

Hah! I wish! Sorry to ruin the "constant" you have but I can't ignore this "spare tire" that oozes over my belt.
